We like to use chicken breast for our chicken dishes as the breast is low in fat and high in protein. For our frozen dishes, we seal them off to lock in the flavour then slowly braise to perfection in the appropriate sauce. We then remove the breast from the sauce and gently pull the meat with a fork before returning to the delicious sauce for packing. This process ensures all the nutrients remain in the breast and sauce to improve flavour and maintain nutrients
For our fresh dishes the breast is prepared by our experienced chefs, gently sealed off, finish them in the oven and then place them in the blast chiller to ensure all the juices remain in the breast. We're often complimented on how beautifully tender and juicy our chicken dishes are.
