A new low carb meal to add to our fresh menu which I'd liken to san choy bow. The premium beef mince is rapidly sauteed with the ginger & garlic until slightly caramelised and then the vegetables are added in. This dish is light, however high in protein to keep you fuller for longer.
This is a fresh meal and is best served warm.
