Ingredients: Chicken thigh (skin on, bone in), onion, garlic, carrot, celery, thyme, white wine, tomato, anchovy (don't freak out, it's just a tiny bit), olives, chicken broth (chicken bones, water, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, apple cider vinegar, salt), olive oil, salt & pepper.
