It's a classic and we've just made it really easy to make at home. You get 6 locally made premium beef sausages in our house made mushroom & onion gravy. Your sausages are already cooked so you're simply heating it back up in the oven.

Minimum size of 950g (serves 4). This product is frozen & cooked. Cooking in oven is required.

Ingredients: beef sausages (Beef, rice flour, mineral salt (451) preservative (223 Sulphite), herb & spice extracts, colour 160c, canola oil, flavour), mushroom, onion, garlic, thyme, tomato paste, house made stock (water, carrot, onion, celery, parsley, apple cider vinegar & salt), olive oil, red wine, arrowroot, water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Allow tray to defrost in fridge overnight
2. Heat oven to 200 degrees
3. Remove plastic bag & lid
4. Cook for 20-25mins
5. Test using meat thermometer in centre of a sausage (at least 80 degrees) or place butter knife in centre of a sausage to test heat (use caution). Heat in 10 minute intervals if not ready.
6. If required, add a small amount of water to thin out gravy by stirring through
