Minimum Size: 500g Serves 2 This product is cooked and fresh. This dish is best kept fresh in the fridge with an expiry of Saturday or Sunday. If you freeze it, quality will change & allow to defrost prior to heating.

Microwave Heating Instructions:

  1. Heat for 2-4mins toss and heat in 1 minute intervals until hot

Oven Heating Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Empty veg on to oven tray and spread out evenly
  3. Roast for 5-10minutes or until hot
