Hydramama is a formulated beverage designed with expecting and new parents in mind, from pre-conception right through to postpartum and beyond.

Formulated with Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and bioavailable Methylated Folate, and it’s simple to mix and easy to love.

Mix one sachet (8g) into 250-600mL of cold water. Enjoy as required. Suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children, following advice from your healthcare professional.
