Shipping policy

Activate Foods is unable to supply or adhere to a specific delivery time. All orders are delivered by courier between 8am – 7pm. More specific delivery information is available on the Delivery page of our website.

A delivery address can be altered once your order is placed, but we must be notified 24 hours prior to delivery day. Activate Foods accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.

Activate Foods accepts no liability for the loss of deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a shaded, secure location for your order to be left, should you not be home.

Secure Apartment Buildings: Activate Foods uses external courier to deliver the majority of deliveries. Easy & fast access to security buildings is required. If a courier cannot easily and quickly gain access to a building, your delivery will be left at the front door of your building. Activate Foods drivers & external couriers are not required to wait for customer to make their way downstairs to physically receive deliveries nor are they required to go up lifts to leave directly at an apartment door.

Customers must get in contact with us via phone or email within 24 hours if there has been any errors in their order. Activate Foods will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meal(s), refunding or offering store credit for your next order.

Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meal replacement, refund or store credit.
