Home Meal Delivery FAQs

We deliver throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney. You can check if we deliver to your suburb by using our delivery suburb checker here.

Delivery day is Monday (the next Monday on your calendar). Where Monday is a public holiday, delivery will move to Tuesday.

Below is a guideline of delivery times for your area. Sorry, we are unable to provide a more specific time than the below:

Sydney: 1pm-7pm
Central Coast: 8am-5pm
Newcastle: 8am-7pm
Please note:

There is no tracking or notifications of delivery
Majority of deliveries are completed by 6pm
Business addresses are prioritised for delivery by 5pm, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you cannot wait later for a delivery, please make other arrangements.

That's ok, you don't need to be home. We use either Themogard wool packaging solution or recycled styrofoam (depending on the size of your order) which will both keep your meals at a safe temperature in a cool, shaded spot well in to the evening. Please leave delivery instructions of where to place your delivery.

Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your meals.

Couriers can deliver to apartment buildings but please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your meals. If there are no instructions, they will likely be placed in the foyer of your building or front access door if locked. Couriers are not required to enter the building, go up lifts etc to deliver to your door. If let in a secure building, your box will be left in the foyer/entry. If no one is home to give access, your box will be left by the front entry of your building.

As much as we'd love to recollect all our boxes on your next delivery, it is only a viable option for most of our Central Coast customers where we make deliveries ourselves. Please see below instructions for you:

Central Coast clients: If you receive a box with a return sticker on top, please store your box with liner & gel packs between deliveries and leave out your packaging for us to collect when we drop off your next order.

Sydney, Newcastle & Northern Central Coast: As we use a contracted courier to deliver your meals, they do not recollect your boxes. Please recycle at home if this occurs. You can find more information about how to dispose of gel packs here and wool liners here.

Firstly, you can walk in store 7 days a week to purchase meals. You don't have to make an online order unless there are specific meals you're after.

Online orders for pick up work in a weekly cycle to be collected on Monday. If you need meals sooner, simply walk in store to purchase.

Our address is 2/222 The Entrance Rd Erina, parking is on Penrose Cr. We recommend collecting orders early in the week if you've ordered fresh meals. Collection times are available at checkout.

Sydney & Newcastle - Please recycle/repurpose your box. The Thermogard wool liner is recyclable and can even be placed in your compost :)
