Introducing our new & exciting range of family meals! After many requests and not so subtle suggestions we are proud to now be supplying family-size portions of meals.
We have a few different options available, some require heating and others come raw & require cooking. We're taking the hard part out of cooking a delicious dinner for your family by providing the protein component which you can accompany with your families favourite sides.

Ready Made Family Meals FAQs
Yes, our family meals are designed to be nutritious and appealing to all age groups, including kids. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and aim to include a balance of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables in every meal.
We allow you to choose whatever meals you like so the control is all in your hands. However, we do not offer a service to customise specific meals to include or exclude a specific ingredient.
Our family meals are made fresh and snap frozen. They’re designed to be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once you place in the fridge to defrost, please consume within 4 days.
We deliver all of our meals on Monday (Tuesday if there is a public holiday). You can order online up until midnight Sunday for the Monday delivery. Central Coast locals can also walk in to our Erina store 7 days a week to purchase.
