Yes, we offer both fresh & frozen high protein meals. Most meals have 30g+ of protein per serve. You can view macros for each meal by clicking on the product.
How much protein should I eat per day?
There is a simple calculation you do based on your weight & lifestyle.
General Population: 0.8-1g per kilo of your bodyweight per day e.g. 64-80g of protein for someone who weighs 80kg
Endurance Athlete: 1.2-1.7g per kilo of your bodyweight per day
Strength & Power Athlete: 1.2-2.5g per kilo of your bodyweight per day
