Gluten Free Meal Delivery

Yes, all our meals are gluten free including breakfast & snacks. We make just about everything in-house and anything we do buy in is gluten free. Our kitchen is entirely gluten free so there is no cross-contamination risk.

We allow you to choose whatever meals you like, and the control is all in your hands. However, we do not offer a service to customise specific meals to include or exclude a specific ingredient.

We offer both fresh & frozen gluten free meals. Each week we will have 14-16 different fresh options and 40+ frozen options available for you. You will find a fresh or frozen tag on each meal product image when looking at the menu.

Your meals will be packaged in either an environmentally friendly box or a recycled styrofoam box with ice that is designed to keep your meals at a safe temperature well into the evening. Our courier will leave by your front door/entry if you’re not home. Please leave instructions for our courier as to where you would like it left, ideally in a shady location.
