Fresh roasted veg to accompany your main meal. Lightly tossed in garlic & thyme and roasted to perfection.

Ingredients: sweet potato, potato, carrot, pumpkin, onion, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper

This is a fresh meal which should be stored in the fridge and eaten before the expiry. If you freeze it, quality will change & remember to allow to defrost prior to heating.

Microwave Heating Instructions:

Heat for 2-3mins toss and heat in 1 minute intervals until hot

Oven Heating Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Empty veg on to oven tray and spread out evenly
3. Roast for 5-7minutes or until warm. Take care not to over heat as they've already been cooked.
