Family Side - Steamed Basmati Rice (Serves 4)


The kids favourite side dish (or main dish for the fussy one!). 500g of steamed basmati rice which is lower GI than other white rice varieties to give a slower energy release. 

Minimum size: 500g | Serves 4-5 | This is a frozen product and requires heating in microwave.

Ingredients: Basmati rice, water

Allergens: May contain traces of nuts & seeds

Heating instructions:

1. Allow to defrost in fridge overnight. If you're in a hurry, use defrost cycle on your microwave.
2. Heat for 2 minutes, stir and heat in 1 minute intervals until hot
