Balinese Coconut Chicken


A traditional recipe we picked up in Bali, slow cooked shredded chicken breast in our famous Balinese paste with coconut milk, finished with fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, housemade curry paste (red chilli, onion, garlic, fresh turmeric, ginger, galangal, coriander, lemongrass, turmeric powder, black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg, cloves, cumin, coriander, shrimp paste, sesame seeds, almond meal), housemade chicken stock (chicken bones, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, apple cider vinegar), tamari, coconut milk, arrowroot, lemon juice, fish sauce, cauliflower, broccoli, choy sum

Allergens: Contains soy, nuts, seeds & seafood (fish sauce)

This is a frozen meal which should be stored in the freezer.

Heating Instructions:
1. Allow to defrost in fridge overnight
2. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through
3. Take care removing from microwave
4. Enjoy
