Beef Korma with Basmati Rice


Tender chunks of beef slow cooked in our house made spice paste with coconut milk, thickened with blitzed cashews. Served with a side of low GI basmati rice and steamed broccoli.

Ingredients: Beef, onion, garlic, ginger, cashews, house made spice mix (cinnamon, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, cardamom, cloves), homemade beef stock (beef marrow bones, water, carrot, onion, celery, apple cider vinegar & parsley) , coconut milk, arrowroot, cauliflower, broccoli, choy sum, rice, salt, pepper, olive oil.

This is a frozen meal which should be stored in the freezer.

Heating Instructions:
1. Allow to defrost in fridge overnight
2. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through
3. Take care removing from microwave
