Our new Chicken Chilli Cashew is a balinese version with a spicy kick to finish. Chicken thigh marinated in chilli, garlic, ginger & coriander root stir fried with fresh cut vegetables and our house made sauce.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, ginger, garlic, shallot, wombok, chilli, coriander root, onion, broccoli, zucchini. carrot, tamari, oyster sauce (oyster extract, sugar, salt, preservative 202), fish sauce, palm sugar, cashews, basmati rice, arrowroot, olive oil, salt & pepper.

This is a fresh meal which should be stored in the fridge and eaten before the expiry.

Heating Instructions:
1. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through
2. Take care removing from microwave
3. Enjoy
